you cant complete with new malls no matter what you have done with the interior.

therefore better spend time to think about how to retain your tenants and doing something damen wont do or cant do.......

I doubt damen will have night club,,,,,

the new malls recently are mostly disappointment....from Tropicana mall to USJMall to apa lagi??????? Publika???? or Nu Sentral? I really dunno what to do in these malls........

well I got this inform from printed media.....from reputable media publication in Malaysia.
Am not disputing it might be a mistake but to suggest that tis Damen is bigger than 40k NLA sqft...please quote your source...

I tried google but no such info.

40,000NLA sqft and 402,000NLA sqft are big different. The bugger also quoted Velocity is in KLCC zone.....

No I cant....it was just an attachment in my whatapps.

Empire City they quoted 2,000,000 NLA sqft.

perhaps you can search 'upcoming retail supply in 2016/2017' prepared by Hong Leong Investment Bank Research.

Actually somehow one property developer in usj1 managed to convert its lishold stattus to freehold...

therefore not the entire usj1 is lishold now.

Aiya 30 years ago...you asked peejay people...they also dun like subang wan.....
