enough shopping centres at subang and usj area lo. Subang Avenue shopping mall already closed down for good. First Subang had to be relaunched as SS15 Courtyard Mall and Giant at the basement already moved out. One City is dying. USJ 19 mall also suffering. enough is enough.

QUOTE(nexona88 @ Mar 12 2016, 12:52 PM) u new to Malaysia? Not to be racist. But my take is that if it's non halal food, of course the demographic is limited to non Muslim. It's limiting the potential number of customers. well we always all relate race in any subject even for shopping race plays important role Imagine mcd serving hamburger (pork), do u think they can grow so well in Malaysia wf so many branches? Same if the mall, if their focus is only for a certain community, then better make sure it's good enough to keep them coming and sustain the business. |

QUOTE(thecaterpillar @ Mar 12 2016, 09:37 AM) Malai people r big spender k. Those mid to high income group r good customers to any shopping mall. Aeon target all communities. my observation is most Chinese would rather go to Sunway Pyramid or even MV than DM Damen obviously caters mainly to Chinese community. That will depend a lot of Chinese customers to support only. No doubt it can still do well if sufficient Chinese spending there. |

Halal food is very important aspect to nowadays business. |
