If Sunway and ESG high traffic volumes are a good indicator of SJ/USJ spending power/habit, I think Damen will not be an exception especially true for FnB.

I'm vested in USJ 1 and I like what I see. Happy enough. Damen tenants are already above my expectations. Fnb already very strong, unless one of the big 5, smaller malls usually not high end fashion oriented. Even if unknown stores ala Publika Style, I'm happy enough. Publika is doing great despite no big fashion names there.

Plenty of good food and good cafes along with a good grocer. More than good enough and above my expectations. Previously USJ 1 only has Giant/Mydin and a half dead Summit. Now it has a revived Summit and higher end Fnb in Damen. Already very happy. In half year all the tenants open and LRT start jalan. Can't wait. Hopefully in future can raise rental smile.gif

Agreed. Usj 1 holds vast potential. Btw how's ur usj 1 prop rental faring? Holding or dropping?

Any idea on the overall usj 1 rental market?

Good for u, manage to renew ur tenancy and rental is holding.

I'm going to take hold of YouOne's VP very soon. Also by PJD. Hope to secure high rental yield. If Damen is successful, it will help the rental market, not to forget the LRT which will start commissioning on 30th June 2016
