i thk he meant that we rarely buy big names or finished products those type, not saying that there's none but just rare compared to the many who went through the ranks since they were schoolboys...so should be buy and build...There's Welbeck and Cleverley too who are from our academies...cant recall any city player in their first team atm coming from their youth
