 Flat Concrete Roof Leaking, Need advise/solution

The join between the slab and wall is 90deg, but with Angle Fillet it go 45 deg.

Take sl2007 advice, make Angle Fillet. Than apply the sealer.

if builder quality suck, roof can also have lots of problem.
