-lack of advertisement
-location is kinda deep
-no one of my friends heard of ss2 mall (from cheras), but all are well-informed of all other malls in PJ etc..
-the place is boring can i say? ive enter it once and can only find those shop selling household stuffs.. only f&b that caught my eyes is chatime lol. Compared to viva mall in cheras, its only launched nearly 1 year and been highly anticipated. much credits goes to the variety of foods there.
-no cinema=no teenagers like me
-too many vacant shoplots, imo a mall shouldnt make a launch if vacancy is like 50%, leaves a bad impression on first shoppers.
