thats y wct is richthey know its location is alr very good - so they save on building materials, yet ppl still crowd there..
i have to say their tenant mix is reasonably good
library? who stil goes to library? even most ot outlets are beginning to lose crowds
ss2 mall will die, no matter what u bring in.
except open toto, 4d karaoke with free flow prcs, viets etc etc...
then maybe have hope can live on
