Link Pre-Windows 8 Stuff for Win 7

I tried to rename the original and copied to the explorerframe2.dll explorerframe.dll Elune explorerframe.dll. I restarted the computer, but when I choose to personalize the theme does not appear in Elune What am I doing wrong?
