Daer Sir/ Madam,
I am having some problems with my existing floor tiles at my guess room (ground floor), dinning area and kitchen. There is oily liquid coming up from the surface. After the oily liquid dried, it left a black mark on the tiles. May I know what is going on and how to solve the problem? Please advise. I would appreciate it if you can reply soon possible. Thanks. Looks like water seepage from somewhere? Means the contractor did not do a proper water proofing coating. Is there a stench from the liquid? If so, probably from underground sewage. Do check it.
