I believe starting pay is RM3500... lots of benefits like further study, bonus, etc etc. Not sure so much about the benefits at junior level, but BNM said starting pay is RM3500.

Mind you, it's hard to get in there. I went for the interview, they are looking for people who are really serious to join them.
