Hey guys,
Has any of you worked in Bank Negara?
How's the salary? increment? bonus? future prospect? working environment?
I have a major in Economics and a minor in Finance. I have a feeling that most banks in Msia such as Standard Chartered, Citibank, PB, HSBC would prefer majors in Accounting and Finance.
I feel that Economics is inferior to Accounting and Finance. What do you guys think of this? (I'd appreciate if someone who has experience working in banks comments on this.. as you know better about working in a bank.)
I've worked with Bank Negara Museum and Art Gallery as a Multimedia Developer before. The museum is located near Bank Negara. The museum is newly established and is just around 4 to 5 years old.Has any of you worked in Bank Negara?

The working environment is fantastic and comfortable. I received a basic salary of RM2,900 per month excluding increments and bonuses.
I've been told that in the future, I can be promoted to senior level. If you're looking to work with some of the very professional and multi-racial employers, then Bank Negara Museum and Art Gallery is a perfect place for that.
