I am having some charging issues with my Samsung Galaxy S Plus.

1) When I wiggle the USB cable, it charges but otherwise it doesn't.
2) Sometimes, even when the phone shows it's charging, the battery indicator doesn't go up.
3) Sometimes, after charging for a while, the phone simply stops charging.
