The message says that I was suspended due to the fact that I've crossed the line by requesting for a face to face confrontation.

May I ask? How exactly does the line: "face-to-face confrontation" made me cross the line?

Could it be that y'all have define it as if it is the confronatation which is hostile in nature, and not conversational in nature?

I have broken the rules by creating another account, but I was left with no choice but to find the justifications to my suspension.

Again and again ure crossing the limits set by the Administrators .. and this is totally wrong, ure a member since 2008 and u should know registering second account is prohibited.

Yes or No .. you should email the helpdesk and not registering second account ! I've been suspended for 14 days, and i just visit the forum as guest

you can worded it better but you choose not to. Maybe your intention is not wrong, but since you are choosing the wrong way to appeal, it just makes you look bad, and also made the admin decision to suspend you justified.

The confrontation is the act of confronting. To confront, as in to put things as close as possible, to be the closest is to be face to face, for that is human.

Although the definition of confrontation is usually hostile, please take note that this is a misunderstanding, for if you do your research, it can also mean to confront in a conversational, thoughtful manner.

Not to confront as in to beat someone to a pulp.

nope. I had read over the thread in where you confront to do so, nope, it doesn't seems to sound as you say. It sounds more hostile to me.

If you were to really meant it, then you can put it in a nicer way, such as "give me your phone number, maybe we can met up and discuss, and share our knowledge among us" or something like that, but you choose not to.

The same that you does not choose to email the helpdesk, but instead broke the law of the forum and create a dupe.

My tips and advise ..

1. Logout
2. Send an email to heldesk@lowyat.net (attention to wkkay)
3. Discuss with him

besides, i think you should already know, words are unable to show the feelings of the person who type it well.

the person who wrote it might mean 1 thing, but due to the words use, the person who read it might feel another way.

hence, choose your word rightly and don't blame others if they misinterpret.

Wkkay. There is a miunderstanding of the word "confrontation" which I have used to have indirectly misled you to think I am being hostile.

The "confrontation", aside from semantics, is my intention to request boon for a face-to-face meeting for conversational discourses.

Please review, and remove my suspension, for it is a misunderstanding.

Considering you went to the extent of asking for personal info in order to 'confront' an issue on the internet, it's already beyond the boundaries of virtual/real life and it's an hostile act. Confrontations can still be hostile without exchanging fist.

Confrontation where you simply beat someone to pulp without even exchanging anything is not confrontation, it's a one sided fight.

With the power of editing and preview what's about to be posted on the internet, give a thought, or like Wkkay asked, cool down before posting with rage, any misunderstanding will be your undoing, no matter how hard you try to define the meaning of your words. Take a chill pill, and depending on the staff's mood, you might just get an extra 7 days for creating a dupe account, and/or another 60 days if you still insist on trolling here. Opening 4 thread in here is not going to overturn a decision that's been made even before your first thread in here appeared.

Understand the dilemma? It was not due to the misunderstanding.

It was the LACK of attempt of wanting to understand that is the problem.

By the way, the thread you're quoting is something I've given up, for I know it is too much rage. But I simply avoid it becuase I can't stomach the stupidity.

And may I ask? What kind of hostility is there if it does not involve violence? If I do not condone violence, why is it still hostile?

You have clouded yourself too much with unnecessary anger when in the first place, your 2nd topic was not even being acted on by me. Yet you stormed in with all your wits.

Now stay your suspension like wKkay had advised. And cool down your thoughts and look into the matter yourself with calm mind like I told you countless time and if needed to, complain again.

It's not as if wKkay is not giving you a chance. But you just need to show your "machoness" and would not accept other people's thought; clearly also shown in here.

So now stay off for one week. And if you decided to still come back, we still welcome you provided that you've cleared your mind.
