Try google for those for properties that for sell in US, I got mine fix with that. iTunes request for actual address now.

What do u mean actual address? I used some company addresses b4, is that why it is always invalid?

I try quite a few company address before, and it failed. Well, this issues just lately happened. Bet apple did something to their system to check for this thingy. Just try google and look for those US real properties address. It works for me.

It happen to me last week and I just keep confirm the address and iTunes let me bypass that each time until yesterday it need me to change the whole address. After I " moved " to another area, everything went back to normal again . Seems it will effect some users sooner or later. Prepare your new house soon

@bem69 - Btw, we are side track right now! Anyways, no tax from AR to your PP acc, but if you withdraw from PP to bank acc then they will be a RM3 charges for amount below RM400, if above RM400 then free. Withdraw to your card charge RM20.
