I'm plan to flash my SGS from Froyo 2.2 unrooted to XXJVK Gingerbread 2.3.3 following the guide on the first page. May I know do my SGS need to be rooted first before I used ODIN to flash ?
Anyone perform the flashing in the guide or using XXJVK ? Any problem encountered so far ? Please help. Newbies here |

where to download JVB ? Is the step the same as JVK ? Does it come with Bootloader ?

Plan to flash to stock Gingerbread XWJVB 2.3.3 Do I need to backup anything ? IMEI not will disappear o not ? Btw, can I root XWJVB using SuperOneClick ? |

Found a solution for my android market problem. goto setting > account > make sure sync bacground data is tick else market wont open

I got problem installing papago x5. The USB connection always hang when copying this file NaviSEA\Sounds\VoiceEn\O_R_SIDE.gwv
Try renaming / copy to other copy first in the memory card oso didn't work but I can copy the files anyway in PC. Anyone face tis prob b4 ? |

I heard all SGS got GPS problem. I'm using XWJVB Gingerbread roms.
Wonder y when I open the Papago, the satellite icon flashing wif "?" Does it mean the GPS canot lock on? I saw it somewhr we can key some code to fix the GPS problem. Any idea guy? |
