I prefer fugumod. Its one of the most rapid development for GB kernal currently.. If u are on k15a, i think you can upgrade it directly to fugu kernal. Try to wipe dalvik cache and wipe cache partition just to be safe after flashing the kernal.

QUOTE(pcboy @ May 1 2011, 04:57 PM) When you flash fugu kernel, it straight away converts to jfs. So if you want to change to CF-root kernel: Hi. Corrections here. If u flash fugu kernal, it wont straight away convert to jfs. Its still in rfs. Maybe u confused because when u open fuguapp it appears only for ext4/jfs. The best way to know whether u are in jfs/ext4/rfs or whatever filesystem is by checking through sdcard>fuguapp>current.fs. Open with root explorer. 1. Download fugu app (free edition) 2. Using that app, convert everything to ext4 3. Flash CF-ROOT kernel 4. Now you are in cf-kernel in ext4 5. If u want to make it back to rfs, download 'ext4 app' by chainfire and convert it to rfs To change from fugu to other kernal, u might as well change back to rfs (besides ext4). But u need to modify the current.option first. |

QUOTE(yuktsi14 @ May 2 2011, 04:10 PM) hey guys, I have problem removing fugumod 3.7 From what i know, fugumod its not compatible with other kernal. If u try to revert/convert to another kernal from fugumod, it might cause some problems (just like the one u have right now.) If i were u, i would start back from fresh..I tried convert everything to ext4 > flash with CF kernel but after booting into system, my superuser is removed unable to connect to wifi ext4 app said CF kernel is not found how now? I am using Goatrip 1.8 rom btw |
