i alre disconnect usb from my phone, luckily still can enter OS ...
i uninstall kies from my PC last time ....wat should i do now ?
my current firmware is JPM, alre done factory reset ...im using windows 7 x64 , odin3 v1.7 ...any ideal  ?

when the 1st time i plug in usb, dun have yellow box but windows search for the driver and install itself...
after that got so many yellow box appeared 
after that i plug out usb and restart odin ... plug in again, finally 1 yellow box appeared

Guys, any of you are on the UK stock Gingerbread 2.3.3? I wonder is it just me or the Wi-Fi reception seems to be weaker than it's on our stock Froyo 2.2.

My SGS full charge at 6am this morning.  Now its 48% left.  Only 2 short phone calls and very little surfing.  Did some tweaking of the home screen and kill all the apps except Launcher Pro.  3G data on since 8am for whatsapp.

From the above i would say its very light usage but its taken 50% of my battery already.  The SGS is sure a very power hungry phone or is there something i do wrong that results in battery drain.

And K for Kiwi, ........and a local custom rom can be called Kebab, Kumquat, Kandar....

Hmm. Need a clarification here. When phone boot, supposed to have background music rite? mine didnt have a music. only an animations. how to recover it back? reflash? do i need to flash without bootloader version or can flash with bootloader?

erm, if your phone is rooted, you should able to recover the background music by putting the files to /system/media/audio
