Propwall analysis don't seem to be accurate. I heard that service apartment is under hda now since last year. For that price with freehold property is very hard to get now which not too far from KL. Access road mind change or upgrade in future,that what I hope. So many highway is transform from small road.http://www.propwall.my/batu_caves/amara_service_residences
