Just booked 1 unit yesterday. Sold like hot cake.

Mine is Rm237 k - rm5000 - 10% bumi discount. So, around Rm208k!

Going out for a while waiting for SA. Later, another person booked 2 units at 241k. Every seconds really matter.

Serious, yesterday like pasar mlm.

Yes, include DIBS. No need to serve interest. I'm still putting 1% booking free. 10% discount bumi loan as the downpayment.

Why u bought the unit at Amara? Any reasons?

Agree with you. My parents also told me the price for Amara is high. But, they are staying in south region and never know kl pricing.

For me, 200k for a condo is a dream for everyone. In fact, I spoke to my current owner, and he also advise me to aim for this kind of property.

Lucky, my owner kinda love to share his opinions. He's the developer for KLCC new building, under daewoo. So, based on his honest experience, who am I to counter him? Aite?

B-15-13A, booked at 237k, last Sunday I checked, already increase to 257k. Plz PM me if interested.

Reason to let go : Need to buy something else.
