for pricing definition, one should use SPA price for calculation.
even though the developer is giving 5% or 5+4% discount, ultimately purchase price is referring to SPA price. same goes for RPGT calculation in future for disposal. and so, my guess is the cheapest unit irrespective of when it was sold should be in the region of RM260psf. any other got calculation to show it below RM260psf based on SPA price, please share. thanks. PS: targetting around RM300-330psf upon completion.
