I'm on 7th floor, got 3 car parks. I thought all block a got 3 car parks

not all block A 1052, mine only 1012.

mine 288. few pages back someone inform the price already jacked up by 30k 

there are plenty of extra car park for units that come with 2 car park.

actually, the developer just include the third car park and add it to the sales price
to make more profit.

there is 1 whole level of visitor car park available.
close to 100 car park for the shops in front.
and another 200 car park at the ktm which is just a stone throw away.

not enough? 

overnite or not is depend on how u tackle the guard...lol

1) the jackup 30k at Block A, only for KLCC view or all units of Block A??
2) All units in Block A got 3cp or certain units only?

My unit A22-01(highest floor, below the sky garden, facing Bt.Caves/east), only got 2cp and according to Kenneth, this unit's price didn't jackup 30k, still the same as in 1st day.

and by that time only got 22 and 20 floors, but just when i want to book, someone stick the sticker on 20 liao. 
so had to book top floor.

it's too general brother.... what is ur requirement first on the quality of living? every items u listed also have branded, luxury or ordinary so what is ur requirement first ..... but for me for a 1000sf condo should prepare at least 20k to live comfortable.kitchen alone can costs u 6-7k alone with standard size ..... Living wth sofa and tv, dvd, cabinets, coffee tables, dining tables with chairs will be another 6-7k, lighting fittings, fans with workmanship will costs 3-4k without A/C. bedroom the least will cost u another 4-5k for bed and wardrobe..... that's all for ur 20k budget..... only one room with bed and wardrobe. this is very minimum estimations ..... hope it helps

im nt using banker from sales office there, cz they are like mobile banker and wont follow up ur case, so i prefer walk in to cimb and am bank branch look for them...

I believe you know this better but i'm going to say it anyway. Dont't source for cheapest with the guarantee of best quality. There's no such thing best quality but cheap. You would be getting look like best quality, few month down the road the true quality will start to show.

If you can't afford now, save. Do it later.

my personal opinion that block b n c facing the pool is the best unit..if block a, u r only getting klcc view. if block b n c pool view, you get the pool view n if u want klcc view can go to the sky lounge wat...
