if not for eg, if you take PBB offer, then PBB will use this law firm to prepare the bank loan agreement?

I maybe wrong, regardless of which bank you will use, the bank laywers will talk to T&C to prepare all the necessary documents. Your panel banks will ask for supporting documents from to release the loan and offer letter.

errmm... i dont think so ... i tot must use the same law firm (developer appointed law firm) to do the SnP & bank loan agreement and then you only eligible and entitled for Free SnP. yawn.gif

no worry Helen... tomorrow call to the law firm.... normally they will issue official receipt receipt quite late..

In other word, the time when you signed the SnP... meaning that you have already paid the 10%....

yup... developer will convert from Master title into Strata title upon obtain Land office approval....

at that point of time... you will have to fork out other $$ to seek and appointed 1 law firm to do the MOT/ conversation strata title for you...

Yes... very geram...actually i also need to back my hometown on ard 8-13 June... but i dare Not to book ticket due to this bank LO & SnP...

i scare rush out of time... till yesterday law firm called me said that SnP is ready to sign, then i immediately book my air ticket...

Price increase to RM490 (2 ways).. last 2 weeks i check just RM320...damn it...
