at that point of time... you will have to fork out other $$ to seek and appointed 1 law firm to do the MOT/ conversation strata title for you...

by the way,may i kno how many tier security control for amara?

what i kno is we hv access card at guard hse lik other condo...but how bout others? do we need access card at lift? is there any cctv inside lift and surrounding areas?
