do you ask why no more RM219.8k? just now a lot of ppl... SA busy queuing & booking for us... so i no need time ask and i not even seeing the price ... the SA just tell me cheapest is RM228k NOW.. 1 level is RM1k increase... then he ask me what number and ask me make quick decision then he go back to queuing and register...

can i confirm the min level will start from level 8 (level 7 below is car park and retails)... and min price RM228k from level 8...

not all unit at level 8 os 228k. but min price is rm228k la. i see the price list but didnt get the shot. get b-8-9 from kenneth la. coz first i want book b-8-9, but in the end choose b-8-8 coz the number. lol

wat is the price Kennath quoted you for level 8-9 that point of time ? do you remember?
