I have ordered books with BD from Amazon US before and from my experience, they are usually sent together. If they use Iparcel, it will be delivered by Pos Laju to your address but if there is nobody to sign for it, then you will have to collect from their office. Those using normal mail will be delivered by the postman to you letter box or thrown into your porch if it cannot fit in. There was one case where they sent the book separate from the BDs (don't know why, maybe becasue the size of the book is much bigger than the BDs) the book by Iparcel and BDs by US Mail; as usual, the BD by normal mail arrived about one week before the book by Iparcel.Normally, for books, I have to collect it in the post office for some reasons whereby for Blurays, it was sent directly to my office.
