Just finhed watching the whole Band of Brothers
It is one the must have for anyone who is into BD. Watched it the first time on DVD/VCD then caught it on tv.

But watching it on BD brings a whole new experience and I appreciated the the show, the casts, the cinematography and everything about it a thousand times more.

I repeat; it's a MUST HAVE!!!!

thumbup.gif Agree. I watch it every now and then. IMHO, one of the best mini series. Its AQ might not be ref mat, but the flow of the story, the anguish, the mental torture remind us of how ugly and terrifying war is even for soldiers.

Watched The Mechanic. Short story but rather entertaining. The AQ is quite good. No brainer movie. There is Battle L.A. preview in it. The AQ is quite good even for a preview. Now, have to wait for the BD to be shipped out. Counting days.

Shall watch RED or Green Hornet over the weekend.

laugh.gif Yes, it is scary with a good system and big screen. Mirror and Drag Me to Hell are another 2 examples. I used to watch horror movies at rather loud volume; -15dB to -12dB.

When I upgraded my system, it did not come across my mind that it would be so engrossing. Jumped off my seat few times. Then, have to lower down the volume. Uncle afraid of heart attack sweat.gif blush.gif

The new movie, Insidious also looks scary. Anyone has this?
