Hi,
I bought 4 BD from amazon US. I choose Expedited Shipping (Business Days) - 12 to 19 days for postage. But they separate the shipment. 3 BD using the expedited shipping while 1 Bd using the normal, slow shipping.
But the problem is, the expedited shipping should arrived yesterday is still not arrive. While the slow one, already in my hand since last tuesday. The last status is on 22nd at Carlstadt NJ US. Not sure when will it arrive here. But, will give them until next week before i should them email.
Any comments?

Hi,
I ordered 4 BD. Amazon divided to 2 shipment. 1 BD using normal cheapest normal courier which was arrived on 26th April. And the other 3 BD which i choose expedite courier still not arrive until now.
It's already 1 month. From what i know, i-parcel did a bad job. should i email them now? Can i ask for refund or maybe discount for next shipment since i pay expedite shipping but i dont get their benefit.
Anyone face it? Tq
