waiting for parcel to arrive is torturing, now i aliready learn " i don't give a damn" attitude on the delivering estimation, just be cool & patient,
today my replacement of DR. ZHIVAGO arrived, which supposed to be arrived 1 week earlier.

i haven't open the terminator head yet, but it is really really big, it is bigger than my head & i only paid RM9 for the delivering cost, can't complain AMZ anymore.

The DTS HDMA track is well balanced compared to most Hindi movies, especially in the LFE section.

The colour tones were slightly on the warm side, but I realise most of the older Hindi movies tend to be on the warm side anyway.

I had the YRF version (bought together with Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gham) and I believe you mean that the subtitles during songs sometimes missing?

I am actually grateful that YRF at least continues to re-release old titles and looks like the masters are still in decent shape to allow for BD.

I do sincerely hope that some of the old P.Ramlee classics (I believe Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka hv the prints) are released one day in BD.

Thanks, I think think first, actually it won't over if I buy at France but I dislike it packaging and German packaging is better and I get confirm the origin english track is DTS-HD where France version seem is not. The show did not release in complete at US & UK.

It is weird US & UK release both missing season 2 & 4.

Its your personal preferences i would say. And i believe Amazon UK delivery is lot quicker than US (depending on shipping factors)
Looking at the price tags, UK titles are far reasonable compared to US ; again it depends on the titles you would like to purchase though..

speed = $, i used to choose 1st class shipment by DHL, but always kena FINAS, so now stick to normal post.

Just finish watch White Material - The Criterion Collection edition, half hour ago.

Gorgeous transfer! Just love the great cinematography by Yves Cape. Another masterpiece film by Claire Denis. The film is beautifully lensed and terrifically acted.

Synopsis: This film talk about a woman (act by Isabelle Huppert) that insist and refuse to face the truth, stubborn stay by ignoring what is actually happen outside....

The extras is not much, it only cover of:
- 3 Interviews with Director - Claire Denis, Actress - Isabelle Huppert, and also Actor - Isaach de Bankole.
- A deleted scene.
- Short documentary by Claire Denis itself during film's premiere at the 2010 Ecrans Noirs Film Festival in Cameroon where the film itself took place... sadly the premiere is not well success due to technical issue at Cameroon.
- Theatrical Trailer.

Well recommended. 5 star in overall.

** Kindly noted they is a male frontal scene (act by Nicolas Duvauchelle) in this film, no sex, just frontal... beware when watching with kids.

Me .. I wont bother wif SD for de time being even if d ttl is available in DVD but not BD.. too many unwatched ttls stil..n I do hv a few..

But I guess eventually de relevant studios will upgrd it to HD.. jus a matter of time.
For example .. lately Ca/UK has Adam Sandlers older mvs out in HD.. which me likee.
