Hello,
I'm so sorry to hear your DVD's didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date of March 5, 2011. I'd definitely help you in this regard.
In my experience, late packages arrive not long after the estimated delivery date. Please wait a little longer, until June 3, 2011, before requesting a refund or replacement. Otherwise, you might have to deal with returning a package.
To compensate for any inconvenience, I have refunded your shipping costs. A refund in the amount of $20.95. You'll see the refund to your Master Card in the next 2-3 business days.
I realize a refund can't fully make up for the late arrival of this order. Please accept it as a goodwill gesture and an apology for any inconvenience.
Packages shipped internationally are sent to the carrier's nearest regional shipping hub and then delivered to customers by their local postal authorities. Tracking and delivery confirmation is only available if the carrier provides it to Amazon.com.
I'm forwarding your feedback about IPARCEL carrier to our shipping department--I know they'll want to hear about your experience.
We're aware that our choice of delivery services reflects on our business as a whole, and we appreciate your feedback.
I'll personally follow up with you to see if you've received the package after June 3, 2011. If you haven't received your package at that time, I’ll make sure to get a refund or replacement for you.
Thanks for your patience. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
Really hope Iparcel can buck up. But this is the second consecutive time that my shipment is late. But it is also the second consecutive time that Amazon refund my shipping charges.
But DAMN..I still have another parcel worth RM300+ sending through IPARCEL - estimated to arrive on 24th May. I really do not want to experience late delivery for the 3rd consecutive time.
Sigh...

Standard reply, at least Amazon refund, this is the part I like, B&N event worst, they just ignore your complain!
I notice Amazon will auto convert your standard delivery to i-parcel if the package is "Big", "Heavy", "A lot of items". So if you don't want to wait, since you order so much, maybe can check out on priority shipping (courier services), sometimes it only extra USD $10 to $15 if you have a lot of items purchase together. If you not willing to wait, then the only choice is pray Amazon not auto updates for you to i-parcel.
No point complain and issue the i-parcel to Amazon, as I did before, end up same they still use back i-parcel. I complain is just for getting back at least the shipping cost refund. That all.
