I do like the UK cover, it look gorgeous compare with US edition. QUOTE(Andrewtst @ Jun 13 2011, 01:38 AM) It is not good, but still better than DVD. I do previously own the ah-hem BD. Actually they is a 210 mins but never release in any disc material before. Hope this answer the mystery of CaligulaAfter reading how UK censored the movie, timing tell nothing, as UK can just zoom the image to cover the nudity part, or drag (slow motion) certain scenes to maintain the actual running time. This is pretty bad as customer won't know from the running time. http://www.bbfc.co.uk/CVF021525/ |

QUOTE(johnbluraylover @ Jun 13 2011, 08:03 AM) regardless UK or US, extended or normal cut, CALIGULA BD transfer is one of the worst in the market. skip it & wait for a remastered in future. Bought mine uk edition here courtesy of bro arji just wonder will the custom hold it, CALIGULA is so famous that even a guy who doesn't like movie much also know it is porn. (or at least contain porns) Until now could never finished watching it |

Maybe tonight I'll e mail them for clarification. BTW today received my Blue Underground purchase in good condition |

QUOTE(Jenn77 @ Jun 16 2011, 08:53 AM) Well I also got the same feeling like you .. its impulsive buying. 3 months (including BF) I sapu more than 70 BD's. Now got more than that. Anyway the feeling will die down after some time... Unless we keep buying just for the sake of buying. Drive Angry, True Grit, Little Fockers & The Rite are title that tempts meThanks for the piece of advice bro.. only able to do a 'complete' exercise during weekends. Anyway I believe food intake also plays an important role.. less sugar less salt Btw, those USD 14.99 titles seems like nobody interested? I think quite new those movie. |

Received a reply from Blue Underground,
Hello, Thanks for your email. Blue Underground no longer holds the rights to THE BIRD WITH THE CRYSTAL PLUMAGE. The licensor did not want to renew their agreement with us to continue releasing the movie on DVD and Blu-ray, so we will not be manufacturing any more. You basically have to search around for anyone that may have it left in stock since it went out of print on 12/31/10. We suggest you try diabolikdvd.com, who might still have some copies left. |

Thank you dear friends.....bro Sky, Andrew & Johnbluray
For discussing this particular disc for me..... Yes I'll try to seek the Blue Underground OOP release, first. If this fail only then I'll Opt for the Arrow release, only then maybe I can compare with bro johnbluray BU release I really don't care about the AQ difference between US & UK release b'coz don't owned HT set But the aspect ratio is a concern for me event hough I don't really understand them Does the new aspect ratio for UK release 2:1 means that the picture will be crop or cut on the left & right, please enlightened me |
