Let's say an individual have a small business, he didn't declare its income and compute tax for few year, because of some issue of uneducated and don't have any formal recording of his business. Now, he want to declare and pay tax. What should he do? He don have any account at lhdn yet. Anyway,He got some bills to track some business records.

Anyone pls help and comments. Tq!
