Yes. My travel allowance does state in the pay slip. And this have been state for many yrs. My travel allowance is for busniess and everymonth allowance pay me rm1150. HR include this in my EA form and I never minus out before. Cause I thaught I should deduct it from the tax form if it did state there.
Damn. I already submit my tax form last week. I lost rm570+ cost didn't deduct out.
Can I talk to the income tax side about my mistake or declare again and resubmit again? If can, that would save me rm570+
check your EA ... your HR should minus out from your total income as per 2009 ... means you no need minus out again ... besides EA, there should be additional statement showing the total transport allowance.

hey, your salary should use to pay the pcb and not your boss money ...
example, let said ur salary is 5k and from pcb, u should pay 279 but ur boss only help u pay 100, then the 179 should go in ur salary and not his pocket ... means u under declare and u need pay the remaining in May.
