Need advice from u ppl. My friend is self business enterprise, she had been in business for past 2 years but never make any income tax. So for enterprise income tax, does her need any account audit to do or she can just fill up herself. Her main concern is when she need to do some bank loan but she doesn't have anything to proof her earning. Lastly can she submit the income tax for pass 2 years?

yea. using e-BE is much easier and less hassle. Dun need to post it back to LHDN. Posting is not so secure. Might be lost somewhere and might even reach later than the dateline..

This is my first time using e-filing, so I was wondering where do you enter the monthly tax deductions that have already been made?
At my EA form there is a value labeled as Current Year's Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD) remitted to LHDNM, but I cannot find it in the e-filing form. I notice in the physical form it is under F2. |

In Malaysian tax voucher for dividend income, there are 3 parts: 1) gross dividend - A 2)income tax paid - B 3) Net dividend paid C = A-B What should I put in Column C2 of borang BE?? Is it A or C?? |

(mesti memenuhi syarat-syarat kelayakan) Perjanjian jual beli ditandatangani dalam tempoh 10/03/09 - 31/12/10 Interest on Housing loan (Conditions for eligibility to claim must be fulfilled) The sale and purchase agreement has been executed within 10/03/09 - 31/12/10 There is an entry in Borang BE that is called "Faedah pinjaman perumahan". I remember that we sign the agreement on January 2010. So, I am eligible for this. The house is still building and monthly we are still paying the bank, only interest. So I add everything monthly statement from the bank that I have paid to the bank from the day that i have signed to end of year 2010, then insert into the entry. Am I right? |
