How to clean or prepare the surface before applying vinyl sticker?

Ok thanks for the reply.
But if there's existing wax or sealant on surface? Must use IPA to remove first? Which one can last longer, stay cleaner, easier to clean? Glossy or matt black? 1 more thing.
