You can try Buli's method... flame + maki the tank driver kao-kao then C4 him/her...hell yeah its work..lolz..

some server disabling vehicle TK/TW, so all of the method not working, the way i see is, just spamming the smoke on the tank or if you got another tank, try to block his view
or, when the engineer trying to repair the tank, kill them |

like i said earlier, that's for server enabling TW/TK on vehicle, i've seen server with TW/TK disabled on vehicle, thus no damage or whatsoever to friendlies (C4-ing, grenading, RPG, AT4-ing, CG-ing).
