went to tm point and upgraded my 512k to 4mbps on monday... woke up this morning (~11am) and found out the DSL light on my modem is off and internet down... no technician has called me yet.... errrrrrr....???

hey guys, how long are we suppose to wait before the technician come to our house and configure 4mbps? the lady at TMpoint told me 1-2 days but its the third day today and the technician haven't called me... gonna be the fourth day tomorrow

hey guys, i have a theory here but its not necessarily true ya....
is it possible for TM to lie to me saying the port for 2M and 4M is full just because my area is covered by unifi (since ~august 2010) ??? |
