upgraded from 1mbps to 4mbps yesterday at 6pm, now 9.30am still don't have anything yet. the modem says i got 5116kbps downstream and 511 upstream. but speedtest says i got only 1mbps..

So even if your modem says you received the upgraded speed... usually you can ignore it and did a speedtest on TM server to re-verify.  |
