nope, i just upgrade my line from 1mb to 4mb and never request to cap my line.
i just hope the speed can keep constantly

upgraded from 1mb to 4mb for almost 2 week already, max speed i get is only 2mb.
modem i already get 4095, 508. my attainable rate 12k.
call tm they say technician, call technician they say tm. who the fark i must call lol.

My max speed is just 135-150kb.. worst than yours..

I called up 100 for an upgrade 2 weeks back for the 4MB BB plan. Supposedly, the technician was to come to my house last Friday but he didn't. Amazingly when I checked my modem on Saturday, my downspeed is now 4MB. Anyone knows how this is possible?

Speedtest results still show that I am on the 1MB plan. On the status page below, it says it's pending customer and no speed change. I called up the installer and he said he will come this Saturday. Anybody has any idea on what's going on?

Cos ur acc still cap with 1MB, the installer will go to ur house n test with his 4mb acc, if everything ok then ur 4mb will activated within 2 working days but mine i hv waited 1 week to get activated

they're testing your line....whether your line is capable of 4MB or not
they test the line and the new modulation

I never get above 4MB although in 5120 port.

The installer never even came to my house and it already got set to 4Mb? How is that possible? I thought its the installer who changes the line to the new speed.

It is not him. TM does it from their side. When the installer came to install my 4MB, he changed the speed by calling their network centre.

They not necessary go to ur house, they only need call a number which i believe is tm streamyx centre to adjust ur 4mb port after that they will to ur house to test n activate it.

mine they had done all, already 2 week. max get 2.07mb from speedtest.

The installer hasn't even come to my house at all, so I'm wondering who did it.
