Just want to ask whether have you made any calls to non-TM fixed lines as well as mobile number (maxis, celcom, digi etc)...? FYI, only calls made to TM fixed line are considered 'freebies' in the blockbuster packages...

Just find another solution until you find the most suitable one for you.... If you found that Maxis is not so good, then there's plenty of choice available, like P1, Yes, Digi, Celcom or perhaps UMobile like u said just now... But for me, Streamyx is still the best... I have tried most of the ISP that I mentioned above, and nothing beats my Streamyx yet Again, it's all depends a lot on 'fate'

Did you terminate the phone line also? Or Streamyx only?

Oh, if your phone lines are still active, then you didn't need to pay anything. For the first month, you will receive the prorate bills + advance charge for the second months as well as stamp duty of RM26. Ohh.. I forgot... sometime, the phone rental charge are still available for the first month even you already subscribe for Streamyx BB Deal... So, plus another RM25 for rental fees....

Like what 'ahcheap' always said, go to TMPOINT and make a request to upgrade your streamyx to 4Mbps... But based on your line statistics, it seems fine... your port already set to 8Mbps btw even though your line modulation is still on ADSL1.. not ADSL 2+ like usual 4Mbps user have here...! Perhaps, just try your luck at any TMPOINT nearest you...

Have the technician come to your house? If they already come to your house, then you should wait for at least 2 days after that...

Do a speedtest and see whether your speed to CYBERJAYA and LOCAL CONNECTION must be within 3.2Mbps - 4.75Mbps, then it's confirm that your upgrade process already complete

yes... as of today, all tm related product (streamyx and unifi) still have unlimited data usage...

One year contract. You still need to pay the same price even after exceeding your contract period....

If you're taking normal 1Mbps package, which RM88/month, you still need to pay for the RM26 monthly rental fees and no free calls to all tm fixed line nationwide and 10 cents/minute to mobile number... So do your math..., which one is more bargain...

After getting your first bills on the new blockbuster charge...
Usually it will be imposed on the second month after activating BB Deal....

Perhaps you can only get the maximum speed of 2Mbps (+- overhead etc, only about 1.78Mbps), assuming that the port at your hometown are set into default values, which is usually 2048Kbps.... You can still login using your 4Mbps account, but as usual, you will not see the full potential of 4Mbps due to the physical capping at the DSLAM port around your area. For Streamyx, there are two speed capping scheme, one is physical which is direct to the DSLAM and another one is software/BRAS capping scheme where it controlled by your username at the main server.

But you've got a nice and good snr and attenuation reading... Are you living in the apartment or condo? It seems that the dslam are just near you....

No wonder you got such a nice signal reading....
Anyway, your line already capped to 4Mbps and in fact, more than what you should get... which is 5Mbps!
But I wonder how come your dslam are still set into G.DMT... Usually for 4Mbps, TM will set it into ADSL2+...

FYI, Unifi doesn't cap the torrent downloading...

How many days has been passed since you applied your streamyx?
Usually it will takes 3-7 WORKING DAYS (which means excluding weekends as well as public holidays) from the registration date....

Gosh... if that so, you need to bash him up!
Subscribe for 4Mbps, but at the end, just set your port to 2Mbps....
When he attend you at home, did he said that your line are really capable for 4Mbps...
Usually technician will straightly tell you if your line are not capable to 4Mbps, and your upgrade application will be cancel.
