QUOTE(SnowFLak3s @ May 25 2011, 06:42 PM) upgrade to BB .. izit normal if get this amount for first month? but i'm wondering y they still include the fixed line *RM27 ..?? It is a system error. I can tell you it's gonna be a pain in the ass. I have been dealing with this for almost a year now. Just managed to get it removed but have to wait for refund in 3 months. You need to lodge a report through the hotline or go to the nearest TMPOINT. |

No. You go to TMPoint, sit down with them and clear up the billing issue.
You ask them why still got the RM28 charge when it is on Blockbuster Deal. |

QUOTE(12H4M @ May 27 2011, 05:00 PM) From what I know, load balancer can be used to combine the 2 Wan lines into one single high speed line. Like what MX do, maybe he subscribed for two 4Mbps lines, and he combine it with load balancer, so in average, he will get about 7-8Mbps internet connection. It's better if u asked MX itself about the load balancer things since he already succeed to make it Added on May 27, 2011, 5:39 pm QUOTE(milky @ May 27 2011, 02:41 PM) huh? using load balancer? i tot load balancer only for balancing the lines? i mean like stabilize the line.... what is the cheapest load balancer at the market?? QUOTE(AjkR06 @ May 27 2011, 05:37 PM) From what I know, load balancer can be used to combine the 2 Wan lines into one single high speed line. Well explained :-) i got 2 lines at home with 4 Mps and each of them capped at 5120kbps each so i use the Linksys RV042 load balancer to combine them . The speed in the screenshot is based on ftp connections that connected on parallel connections on 2 WAN ip . That is why i can reach max out 1 MB/sec which is equall for 8 to 10 Mbps . I could finish 4.5 GB in 1 hour . Using 2 x 4 Mbps is much cheaper RM 280 compare using Biz10 which is RM 599 . It's unlimited download bro we don't do much upload :-)Like what MX do, maybe he subscribed for two 4Mbps lines, and he combine it with load balancer, so in average, he will get about 7-8Mbps internet connection.
