RM9000 for a double storey is slightly expensive, my house is about 2800 sq feet corner unit, paint whole house internal + external (high wall) + grille + door + ceiling everything..estimate about RM6,000-RM7,000.. using Nippon paint..Seriously, anyone want to take up his challenge..please let me know..

Added on November 25, 2011, 7:52 amTS, for ceiling..my painter recommended simple emulsion paint will do..no primer required..
I used Nippon Paint..
1) Premium paint for living hall, all bedrooms (1 primer + 2 finishing)
2) Emulsion paint for ceiling
3) Weatherbond for external (1 primer + 2 finishing)
4) Gloss paint for metal/grille
