Yes, you may use normal car shampoo for the regular washing, no need special shampoo.

18month warranty will be given for premium package and 12 month warranty will be given for normal package. The warranty will cover for the coating on your car body.

For the stone chips, the coating will help reduce the damage but will not totally prevent the stone chip to appear. As the coating hardness will be 3-4H only.

Our coating will act as a layer of protection against bird dropping, water mark and others contamination, so it will help reduce the damage of those contamination to your car paint and also removing it will be much more easier. Normally car wash can do the job easily but for some heavy damage mark (e.g water mark after few weeks didn't wash, bird dropping didn't remove for weeks) , we will help you to remove it when you came back for the maintenance.

The different between the Normal and Premium Package will be the polishing work and also the coating thickness.

Yes, you can still wax the car to extend the coating life and if you did keep on maintain it, it will last more then 1 year.
