What do you think of Asus a43sv-vx053v ?

Mostly I use it for web surfing, music, gaming.

And recently just started computer science, might need to do some programming.

i7 + gt540 would be an overkill. maybe i5 with great batt life?

Well, TS did mentioned gaming and music for his requirements, which sorts of "omitted" the Acer 4830Tg
But I guess most people won't be able to resist the poison and ended up with it as well

i am quite interested to 4830TG too. but have to see the real thing 1st.
will Acer come out revise version, built-in battery >>> external battery?

And probably not, the built-in battery is part of the design, Acer probably thought that it'll be less troublesome to keep on putting in/removing the battery on the go.... they've made a mistake, but still managed to get a way with it, big time!

I can't wait for the Acer 3830T/Tg, I'll probably choose either one of the for my subnotebook
The built-in battery won't count for nothing if I'm not planning to game on the lappy
