I bought my X10 around a month ago and it has worked fine up until now, but it has suddenly stopped charging. The battery has run flat, and now when i try to charge it will turn on and then immediately shut down again, it does this every 5-10 minutes, when i plug the charger in the light does flash red, but no charging seems to take place. Has anyone else had this problem and if so have they been able to fix it?

i'm using 1.6 now and trying to upgrade via PC companion, but i just got the attached error. How can i proceed to upgrade my phone.
