i really like the look and design of this set though its 1yr old + set.

QUOTE(tot31 @ Apr 29 2011, 12:04 AM) yup everything works great on Wolfbreak's CM6.1.3 rom, wifi, gps, data 2G/3G, app2sd...the simplest way to root & install xrecovery is by using Flastool 0.2.9.1, you must get this According to this post, wifi hotspot doesn't work with Wolfbreak. Is this an isolated case? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1054907

iinm, non of the ROM support native hotspot as of now. All will need to use 3rd party software such as barnacle and similar app to achieve hotspot.

tot,
he is referring to making x10 the wifi hotspot (froyo feature) sharing the phone's data connection with other devices thru wifi, not connecting to a hotspot.

yeah ... workaround works but with a limitation, the connecting device must support adhoc wifi mode to be able to connect to x10.
if native hotspot, any wifi device can connect to x10.

Use cobrato's MIUI 1.3.18 v2 rom instead, most stable and everythinng works...here's the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1041524. If you are on BB54 like me, he already include the patch...just follow the instruction and you're good and remember to backup your current rom first.... Question: All the while, I am using Poland BB58, then install ROM Miui / CM. If I re-flash to install BB49, as it's preferred BB by all Dev (BB49 & BB52), then how may I get the dual touch features (without upgrade to BB54 or 55/58)?

Dual touch doesn't come from baseband? Baseband is network related.
