flash v5 full rom..... reboot
check weather can use ussd or not ...
if can reboot to xrec n install d update

I use data & camera a lot which hogs up battery and I charge anytime I can for good measure so I don't run into battery problem. I just need one battery a day and rarely have to switch though

how come my device cannot detect any wifi at home but i can detect the neighbourhood one?

Try reseting your router or channel? I experience this before with my Belkin Wireless Modem router.. So I did a hard reset on my modem (have to reenter usename and password to streamyx etc etc)

try dy, still cant.. is there something has to do with the channel? i put auto by the way

Yea can be router channel try changing one by one.

got many channel. which one can be detected? (p/s so that i can save time trying)

is there any other problem other than the channel settings? can the device detect wifi from an old branded router??

Just dont use channel 12

USSD working fine and fast here. You're right, there's someone else experiencing the same problem. However, I updated to V055(one with App2SD problems) before V06. I always install updates twice in xReocovery before reboot. Hope we could figure out what causing the problem you're having with the USSD.

i thinking of bid at ebay...and locked at&t set is cheaper compare to unlocked...so if unlock is easy then i will go bid 1 x10 back for my own use

locked means telco lock, rite?
then yes, i read it somewhere in XDA that its just a simple flashing to the global firmware should do the trick...
