yup... i faced SOD once before... i keep trying to press power button and managed to restart my SGA without pulling out my battery...

Have u flash coderom with cfroot? if not then definetely firstUA better.. i flash firstUA but notice not much of a different because i already convert my system to ext4 when in coderom using cfroot kernel..

hav u guys did a system backup by using clockworkmod b4 flash into this so called rom ?

what is the size of memory card comes with the box?
and how can i upgrade to 2.3 gingerbread? i can do it myself or ask the saleperson to do it for me??

U using froyo or gingerbread? i using froyo firmware right now and i couldnt make a backup becoz it needs odin. Just wondering u using what firmware and what method to do it ?

switch off your phone.
press "home" and "power" button simultaneously until get into recovery mode. smile.gif

Im in gingerbread.. I dont really care about stock froyo backup coz we can always flashback to our stock rom using odin.. I only backup my current when i need to flash into any other custom rom in case any problem happen..

But u can use CWM unofficial for froyo.. But still need to flash it via Odin..

previously i also thought that.. do u mean when u type sms or u wan whole phone using chinese?

whole phone chinese: go to setting, language there shud have 中文, if sms, tap the msg box about 2-3sec, choose input method, select "DioPen Chinese IME".

try this if success... smile.gif

Or does the PC stands for something(example: Parrot Cake) or just type 'PC'?
or when type imei no that time need to type it between '<' '>' or not? Or no need '<' '>'?

izzoe, wow u got gingerbread update edi ? u stay at which country? Just curious hehe... i am from malaysia n i havent got gb update ...

lol.. i use odin to flash to gb european firmware ler.. cant really wait for gb officially.. so i flash to gb..

oh haha...which means whole system becomes europe version ? how was gb ? does it really improve battery life and performance? like the lagness of angry bird?
