At the side of Bank Rakyat. Stated on their banners, " Best Nasi Lemak In Uptown" but sadly it's a lie. Then again every morning is packed, so I guess he is doing something right.

Added on April 15, 2011, 7:41 pmSo many to choose from leh! There's Koon Kee wanton mee, Kim Gary , Hon Kee Porridge. The new Nyonya Restaurant, something "Spoon' I heard is not bad. The 'siew pau' which is also in 10 Hutong opened a branch there also. There's Euro Deli, Old Town Kopitiam, Kei Hiong Pan Mee, Papa Rich and so many more.

easy. go during lunchtime, the most crowded places are the good ones.

go and check out Du Viet (Vietnamese place) same row as the STarbucks. Also behind there is d'Tandoor. But the hawker food there all pretty good... got standard.

Damansara Hokkien mee. that's one single fames food there...but dunno open during lunch time?

Pudu Lam Mee is San May King under the flyover. Too expensive and no choosing of seats. All must table share. Stop going there years ago. Never tried the one in Uptown though, they say his son is handling that branch.

They now also hv a branch stall inside Puteri Mart, Bdr Puteri liao Sumore also selling Ipoh hor fun which is lousy to me

That noddle should be good, I will try it soon.

1. for Dim Sum - Jin Xuan!
2. western - try this Phang's western at the food court. Chicken chop is nice, some say the steak or whatever is nice too. plenty of other food at the food court.
3. Village nasi lemak
4. Damansara Hokkien Mee ........ but there the wan tan hor is nice la, order pork fats too.
5. Umaiya for Japanese food.

........ not comprehensive list but a good start. nope, no KFC at Uptown. Only McD.

there's also a restaurant (Chinese food) near Village also nice.

there is also the salted baked chicken same row as the Ship one

Hon Kee Porridge ^^

In case you still don't know, turn left before the petrol station and turn left again on the second junction, you will then see a restaurant called Village Park Restaurant, and that's the one you're looking for. Even though it's always so pack but I always manage to get a place and order nice food whenever I go.

To me it's really nice anyway. The best nasi lemak I have ever eaten, especially their nasi lemak ayam goreng.
