just calculated my BMI n it's in the normal range haha.

some fat n some muscle i guess. kinda proportionate.

BTW, anyone donated blood before? I just donated blood this afternoon. lol. My first time. I felt very dizzy when I saw they sucked my blood. lol. I think I should go more often so I will be immune to it. haha.

Although no blood, I think I cant handle it now. tongue.gif I saw the C-section video at museum 2 years ago, I also felt dizzy. lol. Cham...
