Credit Workflow company provides systems to bank. Can refer to the company website:
http://www.thetasp.com
The company had moved from Sri Hartamas to Bangsar South City, with better working environment compared to years back.
For entry position depends on what position you are applying for,
Technical/Programmers are still consider fine as u're required to update and make changes of the requirement gathered from the Business Analysts (BA). Basically if you're good in JAVA u wont have much problem.
BA is however pretty bad where the turnover is significantly high since people are leaving continuously. Overloaded work and staff are not well trained - no proper training. Some of the BA were being shifted to different project within weeks just because they are insufficient man power.
Benefits are disclosed but frankly speaking it's quite good if you are a fresh entry. Even better if you are seniors but bare in mind the expenses in Bangsar South is very high. Say for parking, new staff usually are not entitled with season pass, that's RM12/day at least.
Working life, well it really depends on your position. Quite flexible as people come still come in around 10:30am or 11am.
Overall, meh.
